This first week is dh's week to cook and so far, he's really not sticking to the plan! So I'll start with the 8th since I take over again and I do actually (mostly) stick to the plan.

7-fried potatoes & onions
8-hamburgers, french fries
9-meatloaf, mashed potatoes, carrots
10-fried chicken, mashed potatoes, corn
11-grilled chicken, roasted potatoes, a veggie
12-fend for yourself
13-dinner at my mom's
14-sandwiches (whatever sounds good)
15-tacos
16-kielbasa, potatoes of some kind
17-quesadillas
18-steak, salad, baked potatoes
19-fend for yourself
20-sword fish, rice, steamed broccoli & cauliflower
21-homemade chicken strips, fries
22-spaghetti
23-out
24-steak bites, twice baked potatoes, honeyed carrots
25-clam chowder, breadsticks
26-grilled chicken salads
27-out for my mom's bday
28-pork chops & rice
29-tacos
30-grilled hamsteak, potatoes, veggie
31-fish cakes, pasta, roasted green beans

Breakfast is bagels, oatmeal or eggs, lunches are sandwiches or leftovers.

Aight so im late than a mug, but here's my plan (sorta) for May:

Wed 5-6: baked chicken and mashed potatoes and peas
Thurs 5-7: leftover chicken and mashed potatoes and black eyed peas
Fri 5-8: pork tenderloin and green beans and corn
Sat 5-9: bacon cheeseburgers
Sun 5-10: salmon cakes and mac n cheese
Mon 5-11: meatloaf and mashed potatoes and peas
Tues 5-12: lamb chops and sweet mashed potatoes
Wed 5-13: shepard's pie and mashed potatoes
Thurs 5-14: leftover shepard's pie
Fri 5-15: baked ziti
Sat 5: 16: leftover baked ziti
Sun 5 -17: shoyu chicken and rice and egg rolls
Mon 5-18: bacon wrapped scallops and baked clams
Tues 5-19: salmon cakes and rice

Somewhere in there ima bake a buttload of bread for glorious sammiches for lunch and french toast for breakfast. I need snack ideas tho (mosty for hubby as he is home all day now and is VERY picky).
