The first thing that popped out for me was a stir-fry using the pepper strips, steak, rice, onions and condiments.

I see some jambalaya ingredients in there. I made jambalaya one day and turned around and took the leftovers and made a delicious tortilla soup out of it the next day. But then my jambalaya didn't have shrimp in it. Not sure if it would have turned out the same with shrimp.

I would make the bananas into banana bread.

Chop the leftover turkey into cubes and make an alfredo sauce and serve over the rice.

First thing that popped out at me from your list is the chicken and rice. I would cook the entire box of rice, because the leftovers make a good lunch for the next day ,if there are any. Add the peas to the rice, and some seasoning.

I immediately thought jambalaya too. Or paella. That would use some shrimp shrimp, kielbasa, pepper strips, okra

Use the turkey, peas, corn, celery, etc. to make turkey pot pie. Top either with pastry or biscuit, depending on your preference. Biscuit would be easier and faster.

Ground beef I'd make taco soup and serve with tortilla chips with or mix with the sausage to make meatloaf (serve with fries).

Lucky for you, you have the perfect ingredients for New Year's Eve - make hoppin' john and collards for wealth and luck.

You have plenty of fruit--you could either make cobblers or just eat it as is (is it frozen or fresh?) for dessert and snacks.

If you buy a bit of lettuce and cheese, you can make Mexican Skillet Supper. Or you could use diced red peppers instead of lettuce - you just want something that will crunch. I'll bet the jalapeno diced tomatoes would taste great in this recipe!

1 lb/500 g ground beef

1 cup/250 mL chopped onion

1 can (14 oz/412 mL) tomatoes, not drained

1 Tbsp/15 mL chili powder

1 1/2 cups/375 mL cooked rice

1 cup/250 mL shredded lettuce

1 cup/250 mL shredded cheese

First of all, before gathering any other supplies, put the rice on to cook.
Brown the beef and onion together in a skillet. Drain any fat.
Add the tomatoes and chili powder.
Cook over medium heat, stirring to break up the tomatoes.
The rice should be ready! Stir the cooked rice into the skillet.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes, until heated through, and any liquid is absorbed.
Spoon into individual bowls.
Top each bowl with lettuce and cheese.
