Hi all -
I used a two week menu I made and it was great. I want to implement it again but want to improve it.
So I'm thinking of making a two week menu for Spring, Summer, Fall, and winter so we can eat in season (better for our health and hopefully can eat more locally that way). What do you all think? Has anyone done this? Any tips?
I also saw someone on another thread suggested dedicating meals to days of the week.
Mondays = roasts
Tuesdays = soup or stew, salad, and bread
Wednesdays = international
Thursday = breakfast
Friday = Pizza
Saturday = leftovers
Sunday = dinner with parents/inlaws (not an option for us but a great idea!)
