Does a program/website/book exist that allows you to plan your meals for the day while also knowing the exact calories, fat, carbs, etc. of your meals? Does this exist? Does anything similar exist that I can tailor to my needs/wants?

I use Sparkpeople to track my meals. You can google it to find it

It also lets you add recipes of your own and will calculate calories/fat/carbs/protein/vitamins/etc per serving size that you provide.

Tracking on there and changing my eating habits helped me lose 70+ lbs last year. I'm hoping to start up again here soon now that baby is here

ETA: Oh and its free to sign up and use
