You can add it to almost anything. I make breakfast casseroles, soups, frittatas all with cut up ham in it. Spiral hams are awesome for sandwiches. You can always toss it in the freezer if you can't come up with anything.
I was going to say FREEZE it! Portion it out into amounts for one meal for your family size, and freeze them. I would actually freeze the slices onto a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper, THEN portion it out once frozen. That way you don't have a huge hunk of frozen ham, but just frozen slices instead. Ham freezes really well. You can even thaw it and make sandwiches later.
