Pilaf is how we usually eat it. Dh is from Turkey, so this is a staple. We cook it just like rice pilaf. I like the medium grain the most.
You can use it for stuffing... again, make a pilaf, then use it to stuff meats and vegetables.
For all intents and purposes, you can use it in place of rice.
