Here are simple but nutritious breakfast meals.


Breakfast1
2 Pancakes
1 tbsp syrup or fruit spread
1 cup apple juice

Breakfast 2
2 cups cornflakes, 2tbsp raisins added
1 cup low fat milk or soymilk
6oz freshly squeezed juice

Breakfast 3
1toasted bagel
1tbsp low fat cream cheese
1cup orange juice
