This is the first time I've actually written out a meal plan for the whole month!
I normally only do it by week...hopefully this will make things easier.
1.Falafel with all the fixings on a pita, and tabouli AND chicken stir fry for DP because he was tired of eating falafel!
2.Went to my parents house: Hamburgers, spinach pie and French fries
3.Hummus sandwiches and veggies
4.BBQ: Marinated chicken, grilled portabellas, grilled zucchini, pesto pasta salad with sun dried tomatoes, bruschetta and fresh bread, and fresh fruit.
5.BBQ: Marinated chicken speidies, hamburgers, corn on the cob, salt potatoes, a couple of pasta salads, potato salad, and fresh fruit.
6.Tuna melts and corn on the cob
7.Guacamole, tortilla chips and black bean, onion, garlic, jalapeño and tomato quesadillas
8.Stove top garlic pizza with arugula salad topping
9.Peanut lime noodles and avocado, cucumber, thai basil and carrot spring rolls
11.Chicken sausage, kale and polenta
12.Grilled steak with an orzo salad and fresh veggies
13.Use steak to make fajitas, sandwiches or salad with veggie
14.Pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, baked beans and fresh veggie
16.Homemade calzones with spinach, tomato, garlic, ricotta and mozzarella
17.Picnic dinner @ concert: Veggies, fruit, cheese, baguette, white bean spread, and a fun dessert
18.Dinner at the in-laws
19.Grilled portabella mushroom burgers, green beans with lemon vinaigrette, green salad
20.Summer chicken salad with fresh herbs and peas on homemade focaccia bread, fresh veggie
21.Salad with apples, gorgonzola, pecans and raspberry vinaigrette, might add some leftover chicken
22.Tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil sandwiches with left over salad
23.Stove top pizza with caramelized onions, olives and ricotta
24.Picnic dinner @ concert: Taco dip with cream cheese, black beans, refried beans, lettuce, cheese, olives, sour cream, avocado and salsa and chips, and fresh fruit
25.BBQ: Whatever meat is on sale to grill, steamed mussels or clams, grilled veggie skewers, raw veggie tray, fresh fruit, cheese platter with bread, crackers, etc. , tortellini pasta salad, deviled eggs, and potato salad
27.Chicken or tofu stir fry with rice
28.Beef tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onion, cheese, and avocado, spicy rice and beans and cold cucumber salad
29.Taco salad with leftover meat and fixings
30.Homemade cheese pizza and green salad
31.Picnic dinner @ concert: tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella sandwiches, olives, baguette, and special dessert
