I'm trying to get back on the meal planning wagon...

Breakfast is green smoothies or chia pudding (almond milk, agave, chia seeds, cocoa). Lunch is usually leftovers. DP likes sandwiches, so we keep the fixings for those around too. We drink coffee, wine, and water as we like.

ETA: Well, see, it's already changed and I only put this out there yesterday. My family were clamoring for fajitas and it was perfect grilling weather, so...

I plan out a month in advance, but within a given week, things may shift around depending on moods and if things come up at the last minute. I really enjoy reading everyone's lists. Here is mine for September:

1 Cornflake-crusted chicken, roasted carrots
2 Cottage Pie, irish soda bread
3 Eat Out
4 Chili soup
5 Breakfast casserole hash
6 Grill out ribs, chicken, coleslaw, baked beans, garlic bread
7 Leftovers
8 BBQ Chicken Pizza (homemade with leftover chicken, caramelized onions, roasted corn off the cob, and cilantro)
9 Actually, fajitas and mexican rice
9 Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli with sundried tomato cream sauce, baked polenta with gorgonzola cream sauce (will probably do this tonight, Friday 10th)
10 Salisbury Steak, roasted haricot verts with shallots, homemade rolls
11 Dorowat and rice
12 Roast and Yorkshire Pudding, roasted root veg, and salad
13 Leftovers
14 Chicken Cordon Bleu, roasted apsparagus
15 Mataar Paneer
16 Beef fajitas, rice, refried beans (won't be doing this now... probably salisbury steak instead)
17 Grilled chicken and salmon, noodles, peas and carrots

I'm cooking for a gluten-free diet (me), diabetes & heart disease (dp) and a very picky eater (dd1, age 5.5). So a lot of this gets modified a bit. Also have a 2 mo old so my kitchen time is very limited right now!

This is what I have so far:

Tonight: Fruit salad, green beans, leftover soup
Tomorrow: Calzones, cole slaw
