I made white bean and Italian sausage pasta tonight. And instead of a glass of wine, water and a whopping dose of pain meds - I need to banish this three-day migraine already!!!

We're going simple tonight. Vegetarian sloppy joe mix and some nachos. Gonna do the quick and easy dinner then snuggle up for movie night together.

* Rice bowls with vegetables and homemade seitan - edamame for the seitan refusers
We've had the guacamole rice bowls with tofu standing in for tuna, since I forgot to buy tuna. Also, spaghetti with red sauce. I think tonight will be the clam pasta, but with penne, unless DH and I decide to do something else because kids are eating at a friend's.

Baked fish with wild rice and fresh snap beans out of the garden to go with it for tonight.

Need to work out a meal plan but since we're eating out of the pantry I've just been winging it.

Thanks - it's down to a dull ache today, which is a marked improvement. I'll take it!

Tonight husband made dinner - scrambled eggs, bacon and toast. Mac and cheese for Little Man, since he refuses to eat eggs and bacon... sigh. Somehow we ended up with a picky eater.

No idea what to make here. Little Man had mac and cheese and husband is working tonight. I actually have a big of a stomach ache, so I'm leaning toward soup. Or maybe just a bag of edamame, or a baked potato... I just don't know.

We had Caesar salad and Shish kabobs! It was so good! I made some potato and onion ones. Then some with steak ( that I marinated) and veggies. Cherry tomatoes, zucchini, pineapple, mushrooms.
My 21 month old was so cute. He ate everything! Veggies, salad, all! They surprise you sometimes!! That's why I always offer fruits/ veggies whether they want them or not.

Venison sloppy joes and scalloped potatoes with peas. Though at the rate dd is eating them as she shells them, there might not be much left.

Mmmmmm!

Tonight will be butter-baked salmon from the How to Cook Everything book, plus probably some couscous and vegetables. I went shopping yesterday, so there is stuff to choose from ;-)

This sounds good! My kids and I love salmon but DH doesn't. Maybe we should have it while he's on his business trip this week

We had a beach day, so dinner was a lobster roll with onion rings. Mmmmmm...... Totally stumped for the week ahead, though.
