then, I get creative, one of my favorites is to add to the above recepie, one whole bunch of celantro and enough chopped jalapeno to give it a kick (careful on the jalapeno). It's a great dip for chips, spread in sandwich (especially ones made using french baguette), and I also use it as a salad dressing (you can add more OO to make it more liquid for that).
You can also add spinich and artichokes,
or, greek olives and red pepper.
