What are some healthy Meals appropriate for a 9 moth old when what we eat at the table isnt always something LO can have? She has 8 teeth and can chew well.

My almost-9mo likes steamed veggies, pasta (penne is the easiest corner to hold), strips of steak and lamb (no teeth so she just sucks and chomps them with her gums) and most fruits. Oh, and cheese, especially fetta.

My LOs always loved olives.

Fresh ground whole wheat homemade bread.  With or without butter.  cheese rounds.  plums with the skin peeled off (this and tomatoes and all berries are a favorite but very messy meal!)

Honestly we give our baby whatever we are eating. Obviously we are having healthy meals a meat and veggie at the very least.
