I currently have 4 gigantic heads of cabbage residing in my refrigerator.  I made deconstructed cabbage rolls last week, and I am looking for a really good soup recipe for today as it is chilly, but what other great cabbage ideas does anyone have?  I suspect another several will be dropped on my doorstep before the end of the week.

It won't use up a huge amount but I like it fried in butter with garlic (and bacon if you eat it). Sauté until it's softened a bit but still has some bite. You can then serve it as is as an accompaniment to corned beef, sausages etc or you can mix it through mashed potatoes. Yum!
