Example meal plan and bread recipes!!??

I'm so bad at this and I'm on a serious budget so I need some guidance! What is a sample meal plan for a family of 3 that is very very cheap for a whole week. I have lots of rice, beans, and I'm going to stock up on potatoes. Also flour because I'm going to start making my own bread on a regular basis. On that note, does anyone have any sandwich bread recipes that they would recommend for a bread machine? I'm also interested in making my own flour tortillas! I'm actually interested in making anything and everything I can from scratch if possible.
