I bought several bags of Cascadian Farms mixed veggies when they were on sale. I figured they would taste better than others because they are organic. Well, to me they still have that waxy frozen veggie taste. Like, when i chew them, they are squeeky on my teeth. Does anyone have any good suggestion for ways to cook them that would take the texture away?

how are you currently cooking them?
I usually put them in a soup or stew.
microwave steamers seem to help too.

Perhaps put them in a heavy sauce, like a jarred Indian korma sauce.

I find I have to be careful when cooking frozen veggies. If I cook them too long...yuck! So, I bring water to a boil, drop them in, and pull them out the minute they are hot. I find they aren't too bad this way. If I leave them to cook too long they taste different and can get rubbery.
