We had an overabundance of watermelon and cantaloupe from our organic CSA farm last summer, and I juiced a lot of it and froze it in ice cubes size portions, thinking we would use it this winter in smoothies and such. We have, but we just haven't used it all, and I'm wondering if there are any suggestions on what to do with it before my freezer starts filling up again this summer with CSA produce? DD is happy to eat it as "popsicles" but I just don't feel like we're making a dent in it! Any suggestions? Thanks!

You might use it in place of ice cubes when you're having juice, lemonade or water this summer.

You could use the canteloupe cubes to make a nice, chilled soup on a hot evening.

pops sound good to me! Also, pureeing them and putting them into popsicle molds with a touch of honey. Or use them to make gelatin, if you eat that. I think it's four tablespoons gelatin to four cups of juice, warming it just to dissolve the gelatin.
