2 lbs ground beef
a bag of lentils
a bag of white rice
tons of frozen veggies - all kinds
canned tomato sauce
onions, celery, a couple carrots, and tons of garlic
a box of ditalini pasta
some organic beef broth
normal pantry stuff - spices, bread crumbs, etc...
I'm out of eggs, cheese and bread, and don't feel like going to the store.
Can a soup or stew be made from this????

Do you have salsa? Here they have a taco rice dish. Taco salad on white rice. I'd make the beef into taco meat with the onions and spices, put it over rice and top it with salsa.
Or cook up all the veggies and throw it in the broth, I do that with veggies I need to use up sometimes. You can add rice or pasta to it too.
Meatloaf with steamed Vegatables on the side, or make a rice pilaf and serve with beans(if you have time to make the beans) and vegis on the side.
This actually looks like lots of great meals to me - those are staples in out house that we use quite often
