I would love to find out what to do with veggie burgers besides the obvious (eating them like a burger). Other ideas?

TIA

Use as you would ground beef- tacos, sloppy joes, add to chili, spaghetti sauce, etc. The possibilities are endless

I love a veggie burger topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions and melted mozzarella or provolone cheese. Not on a bun mind you. Just on the plate and eaten with a fork. Yum.

You can also make a "gravy" by thickening veg stock with cornflour, Basically take a pint of stock, whisk in 1-2 tablespoons cornflour with a fork, brown your veggie burgers, then pour stock mix over, and simmer til "gravy" is proper consitency and burger is cooked . tada. veggie salisbury steak Great with corn on the cob and green beans
