I'm sure this is probably in an old link somewhere but I'm not very good at finding those. I'm looking to freeze more meals but I don't know what you can freeze and what you can't. I also don't know what you can freeze but doesn't really taste as good once it's been frozen. Can anyone help me?

I just found this website today, and somewhere on it was the sort of list you wanted.

In general raw fruits and veggies don't thaw the same as fresh, so veggies should be cooked at least some before freezing. Berries are often OK if you plan to put them in pies or something, apples are weird if frozen raw.

We don't like potatoes that have been frozen in soups and such- however frozen twice baked potatoes are yummy.
