Lunches
Mon- pita and hummus, carrots, raisins
Tues- grilled cheese, apples
Wed- baked potato w/broccoli and cheese
Thurs- spaghetti and cheese, peas
Fri- eggs and toast, canned pineapple
Sat- baked potato w/broccoli and cheese
Sun- grilled cheese, tater tots, green beans

Dinners
Mon- Vegan tacos
Tues- spaghetti and sauce, crescent rolls, salad
Wed- au gratin potatoes, baked chicken, broccoli, homemade rolls, applesauce
Thurs- pancakes, fruit, hot chocolate
Fri- black beans and rice, chips and guac/salsa
Sat- pizza
Sun- rotini and sauce, garlic bread

Midwife (CPM, LDM) and homeschooling mama to:

I only plan dinners and lunch are leftovers...

Dinner

Sunday - chicken souvlaki with greek salad, pita and tzatziki
Monday - split pea soup with sweet potato and kale (yummy)
Tuesday - quinoa vegetable paella, with shrimp (so good)
Wednesday - chicken pot pie and a hearty salad
Thursday - bacon/onion quiche made by oldes dd
Friday - stromboli's and a hearty salad
Saturday - enchilada's, lime citrus salad

I only plan dinners as we usually eat veggies and pb and j sandwich's or other simple meals.

Mon: Spaghetti, Caesar Salad, and Garlic Bread
Tues: kids and dh fended for themselves, I had Keno
Wed: Fried Rice w/ steamed veggies
Thurs: Minestrone Casserole
Fri: Cuban Black Beans and Rice
Sat: Lentil and Veggie Casserole
Sun: Leftovers

im having a brain freeze i am trying to plan our dinners for the next 2 weeks as i always do but cant think of more then 4 nights- ahhhh

1.Girl Scout Bridging ceremony-Pizza
2.Salmon Cakes
3. Cooking Club Meal-Very Lime Chicken Quinoa(I participate in a cooking club with my local AP group. We form small groups and make freezer meals. We get together once a month and exchange them)
4.Cooking Club Meal-Enchiladas
5.Sloppy Jose's(Ground turkey, salsa, and cheese cooked together and put on a whole wheat bun)
6. Cheesy Cauliflower Soup in Slow Cooker
7.Roasted Chicken Breasts with Vegetables
8.Taco Salad
9.Maple Dijon Salmon
10.Pork Loin Roast with Veggies in Slow Cooker
11. Chicken Breasts in Balsamic Vinegar Pan Sauce with Polenta
12. Lemon Basil Shrimp Pasta
13. Tex-Mex Lasagna (Made with Black Beans and Corn)
14. Stir-Fry
