And it took forever But I'm so proud of myself. At first I couldn't come up with anything more than turkey tacos (which I was craving the time), but by the end I kept going back to add things in as I remembered! Please tell me it gets easier??? Anyway, here it is, in case anyone is looking for inspiration (though it's not all that exciting):

Meal Plan: 4/30-5/7

Monday:

Breakfast – Oatmeal/waffles

Lunch – Pasta salad

Dinner – Mimi’s chicken and dumplings (my mom's over, and is cooking)

Tuesday:

Breakfast – Baked oatmeal

Lunch – Sushi, leftover pasta salad, or sandwiches after Whole Foods, sautéed veggie mix

Dinner – Turkey tacos, frozen corn or veggies on the side

Wednesday:

Breakfast – Leftover baked oatmeal

Lunch – Taco bowls w/leftover meat

Dinner – Teriyaki mahi mahi (Fat Tooth, page 367), sweet potatoes in some form, cauliflower with cheese

Thursday:

Breakfast – Pancakes

Lunch – Eggs/egg salad

Dinner – Homemade pizza (new crust, veggies on top?)
Friday:

Breakfast – Oatmeal/waffles

Lunch – Annie’s mac and cheese or leftover pizza

Dinner – Salmon patties, broccoli, lemon couscous

Saturday:

Breakfast – Oatmeal pancakes (double batch)

Lunch – Sandwiches

Dinner – London broil on the grill, grilled sweet potatoes (online), salad/veggie

Sunday:

Breakfast – Eggs and sausage/egg and sausage bake

Lunch – Leftover london broil?

Dinner – Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, veggie

Monday: MAKE BREAD

Breakfast – Leftover oatmeal pancakes

Lunch – Pasta salad

Dinner – Chicken a la king

I actually feel in control a little, rather than already running to catch up, woohoo

It's takes time up front, but meal planning saves a lot of time and money! Keep it up.
