Wondering what things you like and especially what your kids like to eat that is healthy and isn't too messy.

Mom of a 7 yr old, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old. Wow. How did that happen?

This thread has been a huge help to me for lunch ideas- http://www.mothering.com/discussions...d.php?t=257621. I did a modified version of it on my website, we use it so much.

My dd LOVES rice and beans (in or out of a tortilla) and generally will eat pita sandwiches (cheese, hummus, thinly sliced veggies, etc). Pasta's always a good one for her lunch box. We use the laptop lunch system and it's been great because we can pack 2 containers for her for lunch and 2 for a snack and send her to daycare with one box. It also serves as a good reminder to pack a variety of food groups.

Unschooling mama to one 5 year old DD.
