Today I picked-up this book - The Big Book of Easy Suppers by Maryana Vollstedt. It is just full of really easy recipes (a must for me). I was able to shop for 3 different dishes in this book with very minimal effort - many of the ingredients are things found in a really typical cupboard (pepper, salt, onion, rice, etc). For lunch today we had Poppy Noodles (egg noodles with poppy seeds) - DS loved it. There are a lot of other recipes in this book which are toddler friendly and sound so tasty! At dinner, we're trying "Green Beans with Tomatoes, Garlic and Feta Cheese" .

I am hard to please food-wise, but this book is full of recipes that I will actually EAT (and COOK!).

Mooooom! to  guitar.gifDS (1/05) and whistling.gifDSS (11/05).  TTC fingersx.gifour "ours" after VR on 10/12.
