I'm planning on making stuffed peppers tomorrow and would love to freeze a few but I don't know if it will ruin them. The ingredient I'm mostly concerned about is Mozzarela cheese. And would I just put them in individual plastic sandwich bags or something else? (Is it obvious that I'm a novice?! )

I freeze stuffed peppers, but we're talking the kind my mom made from the 50s... green bell pepper, stuffed with rice and ground beef and tomato sauce. They freeze well. I usually freeze in individual gladware containers that are the right size for my lunch. One container holds 1/2 a pepper. You could freeze in bags, though, but I'd use specific freezer weight bags instead of sandwich bags. Make sure to squish all the air out to prevent freezer burn.

Thanks! I guess I'll give it a try!

i WOULD double wrap them in aluminum foil, then in a plastic bag,
As for the mozzarella, if it's fresh mozzarella the texture may suffer a little, if it's storebought mozzarella it will be fine.
