I need a nutritionally perfect meal plan with snacks. I am trying to eliminate all processed foods and junk from our diet so ds wont suffer from his allergys so bad this winter.

Anyone? Websites? Whatcha got?

What are your favorite totally guilt free recepies your kids will actually eat?

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but I love these cookbooks and they have mealplans, though only dinner through the week. Every recipe we have tried so far has been great though, and they really are quick and easy. (I don't like to cook.) The two below are the two I have but I've heard anything by Sandi Richard is really good.

These kind of assignments used to be what we did in home ec class.

Start with what is easy. For me, that's figuring out supper. Then, figure out the rest. I used to go to a blog where she had a set lunch menu for every day of the week. If they had leftovers, they ate those, but if not, they had the set menu. It was fairly easy stuff, like egg salad one day, corn soup the next, rice and bean burritos. Whatever your family likes.

When I was pregnant, I was obsessed (obsessed! ) with getting 5 fruits and veggies every single day. Now, I do well most days, but I was obsessed. So, I started adding them in as snacks. I think you can round out alot of corners with snacks.

Oh, and at my house, anything will get eaten (by my babe and my dh) if it has salsa. So, that's how I hide lots of good stuff. Tacos with veggies, burritos, quesadillas with veggies, gorditas, really anything. You can put almost any veggie in there, and it's good.

Have you read "How to Disease Proof Your Child" by Joel Fuhrman? There are some really good recipes at the back of the book.

Don't know what your nutritional paradigm looks like, but if you're into traditional foods at all, Kerry Ann (krankedyann here) has a wonderful menu mailer at http://cookingtf.com

I am pregnant and I am obsessed with getting 7. I hope to keep that up because its my #1 dietary concern.

I dont know really what the allergys are, except the ones that popped up posivite on a blood panel. (Which I dont completley trust...there may be more)

just cat, penicillin, and mold.
