I buy premade crusts (gluten free) and then make make pizzas as you normally would then throw them on the rack of the grill.

Yep, when the cheese is completely melted and the bottom of the crust isn't soggy. Roughly 10-15 min. top rack if you have one.

I'm just starting this process too!

my kids would eat nothing but pasta at every meal and I was sick of it. we've been doing this a little over a week and it seems like they are starting to come around....

I have to get to the butcher to get more meat (we keep kosher) and it's about an hour away. Also I get my veggies in a co-op every other week so I can't pre-plan the veggies but that's OK If needed, side starch will just be whatever matches generally - rice, cous cous, some potato, etc....

anyway on the the meals (this is just dinner)

Thurs 11/1 - Baked ziti
Friday 11/2 - Chicken nuggets (I have no other chicken in the house!)
Saturday 11/3 - Salmon w/ cous cous
Sunday 11/4 - Breakfast for dinner - breakfast burritos & breakfast potatoes
Monday 11/5 - Soup - escarole soup (w/ white beans and tofu sausage)
Tuesday 11/6 - Mexican - enchiladas
Wednesday 11/7 - Spanish rice (w/ ground beef)
Thursday 11/8 - Eggplant Parm
Friday 11/9 - roast chicken
Saturday 11/10 - roll your own sushi
Sunday 11/11 - breakfast for dinner - bagels & lox
Monday 11/12 - soup - tomato soup with grilled cheese
Tuesday 11/13 - Mexican - quesadillas
Wednesday 11/14 - Steak Stir fry w/ rice
Thursday 11/15 - Spagetti Pie
Friday 11/16 - Shnitzel (breaded chicken cutlets)
Saturday 11/17 - Falafel with homemade pita and hummos
Sunday 11/18 - breakfast for dinner - french toast & scrambled eggs
Monday 11/19 - soup - mushroom barley & homemade rolls
Tuesday 11/20 - Mexican - taco night
Wednesday 11/21 - red beans with rice & sausage (I have 1 lamb and 1 beef in the freezer)
Thursday 11/22 - lasagna roll ups
Friday 11/23 - chicken
Saturday 11/24 - fried tilapia with piroges
Sunday 11/25 - breakfast for dinner - pumpkin pancakes
Monday 11/26 - chili with corn bread or ground beef & veggie soup
Tuesday 11/27 - cream of ___ soup (a veggie I have on hand)
Wednesday 11/28 - lamb shops
Thursday 11/29 - penne with kale & sausage
Friday 11/30 - roast chicken
Saturday 11/31 - roll your own sushi

Hi =)

Here is my November menu. My menu is more toward Asian food (Chinese, Indonesian, Korean, Japanese, Thailand,...).

We ate everything with RICE and I cook the main dishes only 3 times a week then I froze them and re-heat (2 days menu basically and Saturday is eating out). I ate different varieties of vegetable in a week but with the same sauce =p if bored I just use teriyaki sauce or just stir fried with garlic and salt-pepper.

Week 1:
Thin sliced beef with bulgogi sauce (BULGOGI)
Chicken Brocolli Pizza with Alfredo Sauce
Pork ribs with preserved vegetable soup
Vegetable: stir fry or boiled with Oyster Sauce

Week 2:
Tom Yum Soup (seafood & vegetable)
Roast chicken
Fried bread-coated Pork (TONKATSU)
Vegetable: Chicken soup with any vegetables

Week 3:
Beef & Egg with red curry sauce -- RENDANG (put aside red curry sauce)
Five-spice brown pork (fried & slowcooked)
Ginger chicken soup with peanuts & vegetables
Vegetable: boiled veg over the red curry sauce
(Thanksgiving -- it is on Saturday, so eat out)

Week 4:
Steamboat (seafood, meat, veg, with chicken stocks soup)
Grilled Teriyaki Chicken
Beef with Red Beans in clear tomato soup
Vegetable: Kimchi
