Somewhere there's a thread with suggestions of foods to keep out on a snack tray so that your child can graze throughout the day.
Anyhow, here's a list of foods that I copied from the book Toddler 411 with healthy meal ideas:
Scrambled eggs mixed with pureed carrots
Sweet potato pancakes
Spinach-laden spaghetti sauce
Shredded carrot cream cheese tortilla roll-up
Any veggie with ranch dressing dip
Grilled veggie skewers
Lettuce wraps (stuffed with shredded chicken)
Cabbage wraps (stuffed with ground beef)
There's a list of snacks, too, but I can't find it. If you can find the 'snack tray" thread that has a lot of good suggestions.
