I wonder if anyone has come across a healthy cookbook (whole foods type diet, organic, etc.) with extensive meal plans and prepared grocery lists? Or perhaps a magazine.
I'm always pressed for time, not an experienced cook but interested in nutrition.
This would be a great time saver!
Thanks all for any suggestions you may have.

the saving dinner series of cook books have menus, recipes and shopping lists week by week. not sure how healthy/balanced they are, but there are low carb and veg options

when I used the website (it is a subscription service) there were not a lot of processed foods on the shopping list. if you wanted to go organic, just sub organic for conventional.

The recipies in the Cooking for the Rushed series are really fantastic. They have weekly meal plans and shopping lists, too. It's not completely crunchy, but easy to substitute.

Canadian mama to A (C/S May 2004) and R (induced VBAC Dec 2007) expecting #3 in July.  Currently obsessing over permaculture, photography and beekeeping.
