We bought a ton of deli turkey meat for a picnic. I'd like to use the leftovers for a dinner type meal, since we don't eat a lot of sandwiches. Any ideas?

Grilled turkey and cheese sandwiches are super good, and also making hot turkey sandwiches which you heat up the turkey toast a piece of bread and make gravy. OMG those are so good. I know you said you don't really eat sandwiches, but both of these are so yummy.

What about putting it with mashed potatoes and gravy? Just cut the thin slices into pieces and mix in with the gravy and serve over the potatoes.

You could make rollups with stuffing mix and heat through in the oven with gravy over it and serve with mashed potatoes and veggies.

Lately I've been making homemade hot pocket type things. I roll up and thinly slice the deli meat, and usually saute up some mushrooms, then I use pie crust rounds or squares and fill up with meat, mushrooms, cheese or any of that combo and bake. I DETEST making pie dough, so I've been making a few discs for the freezer and then I make several for the week. Everyone seems to be liking them and you can pop them in to the toaster oven to reheat just as good as fresh
