Any kidn of dips are good. I slice veggies very very thinly for the kids to munch. If I make them fat, they'll just likc the dip off but if they are skinny they can bit them easier.
I make hummus without the tahini because they don't like it (well a very tiny bit anyway) but sometimes I add roasted garlic to DH's. I don't like that, but I love roasted veggies in mine, an dthe kids are starting to like that too.
I do snack muffins, popcorn all different ways, fruit salads, all different salads non lettuce based (quinoa, bean, etc...)
