I've been browsing this board for a while and get overwhelmed just reading about meal planning (I'm certainly not a good planner LOL). I am really struggling with dinners for my picky 1.5 and 3 yo. I used to do a lot of meat sauces and sneak veggies in but now 3 yo won't eat meat sauce! I would appreciate it if someone could give me a few simple nutritious dinner suggestions that I can prepare ahead. 3 yo loves corn and peas, won't eat potatoes. 1.5 yo does not like any veggies except carrots and potatoes on occasions. I'm going to try pureed veggies rather than mini chopped ones to see if I can get away with it. They both love fruit. TIA.
