Need to make pasta salad for 14 adults + 12 kids (who probably won't eat it). This is what I have in house (do not want to run to store again!)
2 fresh corn cobs
jar roasted peppers
tomotoes, basil, parsley, chives in garden
EEOV (1/4 cup maybe), reg OV, balasmic vinegar and red wine vinegar (not sure how fresh??)
bottle of light ranch dressing
Can I just throw some veg in with pasta and ranch dressing? Not sure how the dressing will be with them - would have preferred oil based one... Any ideas? TIA
Oops - also have mayo, dijon mustard, soy sauce and bunch of dried herbs....
