We are going on vacation this weekend and will be staying in a beach house for one week. While we plan to eat out some, I would like for most of our meals to be prepared at home. I am hoping not to have to pack, or purchase while there, a lot of ingredients that wouldn't get all used up before returning. Does anyone have any tips for meal planning in this circumstance?
Spaghetti, homemade mac n cheese, steamed veggies, homemade pizza (maybe buy the crust so you don't have to buy flour and all that), red beans & rice, sandwiches, melts (like tuna melt or patty melt), burgers, pasta salads, whole baked chicken or roast with potatoes & carrots, salads, dips & chips, tacos, burritos, quesadillas... that kind of stuff.
