I wanted to show off my organizing I got done today. This first is a before pic of our tiny entry way closet.

The second is a after. I took all the winter gear out and put it in a unused closet upstairs until it is needed next winter and I got better shoe racks. I really like how fresh it looks!

So lets show off what we have gotten done lately!

No way! That is awesome. I thought your closet was tiny, but then I found out it is huge. It looks great! It can breathe now, hee.

Wow! What a difference! I need to get some of those shoe cubes, those are awesome.

I did some major decluttering this weekend. We have finally hired a cleaning service and after he worked his magic on Friday, I felt like I should do my part and clean out. I got rid or 12 garbage bags worth of clothes, 1 bag of shoes. Some kitchen appliances (pressure cooker, pasta machine, etc), a bag of linens and I destashed our cloth dipes. Also got rid of 3 bags of toys. No pictures, but it's a big step for me and I hope to build on the momentum! I don't have the heart or inclination to de-clutter books, but I'm going to look for additional bookshelves to organize them better. Also need to find some more shelving for our closets, especially the kids.
