Just folded and put away two loads of laundry, I have another one I just took out of the dryer to fold and put away. Then Im going to go clean the kitchen, living room and dining room.

ETA1- just finished doing dishes and remembered I forgot to change the Betta's water (the water I had purified was still sitting on the sink!) so I did that. Now off to wipe down sinks and sweep/mop the kitchen.

ETA2- Kitchen done! Rotated the laundry, folded and put away the load that was dry. Cleaned the living room, all I have to do is sweep and mop. Im going to go clean up the dining room and then sweep/mop the living room and dining room at one time (they are really one large room BUT Im trying to keep myself motivated by calling them two rooms today redface.gif)

ETA3- dining room almost done, I have to remop the kitchen since my youngest thought it would be funny to pee all over it (she actually looked at me, laughed and started peeing and walking around at the same time.. ughs)

eta4- mopped the dining room, remopped the kitchen, wiped down the hall bath, straightened the girls room, swept/mopped the hall bath and girls room, threw dinner together and cleaned up afterwards. I even checked the laundry, wow Im tired now.. Off to wipe down the master bathroom, pick up the master bedroom and sweep/mop those two. When they are done Im going to pick up the toys out of the hall and get the girls to help me clean up their playroom.

The house is picked up, swept and moped, I just took another load out of the dryer which leaves me 1 more load to do tomorrow in addition to any blankets/sheets I need to do. Dinner is ready, just waiting on the hubby to get home so we can eat.

Bejeweled I hope you are feeling better soon.

I am feeling very nervous today, so worried for friends in the north, as there is a Category 5 cyclone bearing down on the coast in Far North Queensland. hide.gif

I really need to get some things done, just procrastinating badly so far today!  Maybe that is partly because it is soooooo hot! It's the hottest week in Sydney in 150 years.

So far I have:

made coffee

hung out washing

put away dry washing

made beds

to do:

dust entryway

clean shower

clean ensuite toilet

clean out fridge

clean out wallet

see how I go with those before adding more...

Graceie- My husband just e-mailed me the same question ROTFLMAO.gifI hate the idea of going into labor and coming home to laundry. DH is great at helping out around the house but laundry is something that he never finishes. He leaves the clean laundry laying around in baskets so it never gets done.. With DD2 I spent like 2-3 weeks doing the sniff test on everything because I didn't know what was clean or not. I finally spent 5 days doing laundry non stop to catch us up. 5 days of laundry at a month pp isn't fun but at least the apartment was otherwise clean.

I spent the morning reading and then cuddled the girls while they took a long nap. Its lunch time then Im going to scrub down the table and work on sewing some. I need to throw dinner in the crock pot as well. I did get a good potion of the song list.

clutter- I grew up in a desert so I understand how miserable sleeping in the heat can be.. I hope you have AC and fans to keep you a little cooler and keep hydrated. A lot of people don't drink enough at night and by the time middle of the morning comes they are really dehydrated.

I need to be on this thread today. The house being messy is annoying me, which doesn't make for a nice mama.

I'm going to go set my timer for 10 minutes now...

Thanks so much ladies. I'm feeling a little better, but still taking it easy. I haven't been able to shake this cough yet and it's keeping me up all night.

Today my motto is: Life can be easy. Keep things simple. smile.gif

Today I:
*made breakfast
*got DD off to school
*made the bed
*did 2 loads of laundry
*cleaned up the mess DD and her friends made painting last night
*cleared the kitchen (dishes rinsed, counters clean)
*took out the trash
*took a nap

I hope to eventually:
*study a little
*print out an application
*tutor

Nice to see so many on the thread. banana.gif

I've been drinking tons of tea and honey and taking Coricidin HBP and I'm still up all night with a dry cough. I can't sleep for 3 nights now. I'm going to go drink more water...

I haven't been doing much today, I put in a movie and took a nap while the girls watched it redface.gif then they took a nap while I read. If I knew they were both going to take naps I would have put them down earlier and slept at the same time they did!

Now Im going to go work on some sewing projects
