omg my mother is decluttering!!! She said I had to take the baseball cards from when I was a kid out of her house. I don't blame her one bit. I don't know if I would have kept them for so long LOL. Does anyone know what I should do with them. Selling them seems obvious but they are not sorted at all and I am completely out of the loop when it comes to this stuff. I haven't touched them in over 20 years....

Please tell me what to do. I know someone here must have a clue!

TIA
Kara

Well if you don't feel like sorting them, you could either take them to a pawn shop and sell them unsorted in one big lot, or just give them away to charity if you don't need the money that badly, it would be a lot easier to dispose of them that way and you won't have to keep worrying about them anymore!

In all honesty, they are probably not worth anything. I'd give them to charity, some random kid who might be interested or just recycle them.

Any that are autographed may be worth pulling out and selling separately. ($20-$75 each.). Un-autographed cards are not worth much at all. I would suggest putting the lot of them on eBay to see if you can get something for them. Just do the years covered in the collection and the brand(s) of cards. Start low and you should be able to unload them.

If you are inclined to sort them, the only cards that are worth much are rookie cards for players who later made it big and/or into the hall of fame. Should be easy to pull because they will be names you recognize and remember.

Good luck.
