It's Saturday night and I would love to enjoy some family time. But first, I'm going to set my timer for 25 minutes and move from room to room to declutter. 5 minutes per room. Tidy and move on.
I'm going to do this two times.
I aim to add another 1K steps to my pedometer doing this.
Then, am going to put up my feet and read the paper and surf the net or watch a movie with my fam. Or maybe make some or play cards.
