Well, it's sad but today we gave away our aquarium (with one elderly fish in it) because we could not find a place to put it where the cats would leave the poor fish alone. A bag of accessories went with it - so I'll count that as 10 items.

Plus a set of framed pictures of ducks I freecycled.

So, my total is 102.....I don't think I'm going to make 200 by Tuesday.

Wait...I'll count those 56 tapes of DH's we sold on ebay to up my count to 158.

I'm going to try and list some more stuff on freecycle tonight.

I'm out. Since our church is doing the white elephant sale and not taking stuff until NEXT month- I am waiting. But believe me I can find things to get rid of. Its now a part of life that we declutter at least quarterly. Then we move things around rotate toys etc.

Looks like I need to bag/box or throw away at least fifty items by the end of the day. I think I can do that.

Also removed

5 bottles
2 wooden bowls
1 manual brest pump
1 photo hanging window sticky cord
1 leather ball - ds is allergic to leather!
2 prs shoes
1 tote bag
A shoebox of tapes - about 20
antifreeze
So my total so far is 104. I know I missed counting some things - it all went so fast!! I guess I didn't quite meet the challenge total, but I sure cleared out a lot of space for DS to play in

Whew, I made it!! I took 87 things out of dd's room this past weekend. Most of it was toys to donate, some of it was winter clothes to be put away. So I made my 200! Woohoo. And both bedrooms look amazing! Yay decluttering.

Well, I didn't quite make 200.....I did return 3 books back to the person they belonged to, but the item I listed on ebay didn't sell so...my total is 160.

Maybe I was a little over zealous with a goal of 200!

Do you want to do this again for June? What should our challenge number be?

Maybe instead of an number we could pick a room or area or subject this month. We still keep count but maybe it could be closets, laundry, papers or dishes, something like that. I am working on laundry, I am filling my third bag with stuff to give away.

Ohhh I like the idea of picking a room or a specific area. I didn't quite reach my 200 for May - had I made it to Goodwill yesterday I would have but alas, I have some stuff in my foyer that needs to go - planning on making it there on Saturday.
