We recently replaced the family bed (king) and bought dd her first bed (queen). Are under the bed bins the best use of that space? We're in an apartment and have very limited closet space, so the bins would mostly be for out of season clothes, though I just figured out how many bins we could fit, and I don't think we have that many clothes. What else can we do?

mom to 14yr dd and 4yr dd

My son has 3 under bed bins under his twin bed- they are good for storing the train set, legos, and other small toys. They are shallow which seems to cut down on him dumping stuff out to find what he's looking for.
