I have gotten rid of at least 30 bags of stuff- if not more.
clap for me.
Big time. We are moving and I made a rule I was not taking a thing I did not love.
Of course my yucky couches are coming but...
It is not that hard....
It is gone!

That's great! I have a few bags of junk I need to bring to GW too. Now, my parents REALLY need to donate a bunch of stuff. I think they would have 500 bags of stuff... that is how much crap they have, unfortunately NONE of that junk will ever leave their house unless something happens to my parents. I am dreading it.

I think that few things feel so good as getting rid of the clutter. I always feel like dancing afterwards!

Congradulations.

We just cleaned out our basement for the second time in 2 years, I am shocked with how much stuff we got rid of. I guess if we haven't missed it in the 3 1/2 years that we've lived here than we didn't need it.

Keep up the good work Less stuff is so positive.

Yep, I'm doing the pre-move purge also! I took a carload of stuff to GW yesterday also, it's such a relief to have it gone. I can see the floor in my closet again! There were 2 big bags of nothing but shoes. My baby is 11 months now, I decided to accept the fact that my feet will never be a size 7 again.
