Sigh if relief!

We have lived here for almost two years. We moved when dd was just learning to walk and some things were done with time more in mind than common sense. I just threw all of my kitchen drawer things (like cooking utensils, measuring cups and spoons, shears, rolling pin, potato masher, garlic press, etc.......) into one big drawer all willy-nilly. Last week I gave myself a nasty cut while searching for a bottle opener. There was a cake knife.....

So today I rifled through the pile of knock-off tuperware that was going to Goodwill to find low and long containers to divide up the drawer. I also got rid of or relocated seldom and never used items which turned out to be a lot! it is beautiful

No more cursing up a storm while searching for the ever illussive 1/2 tbsp (that one is SNEAKY, always hiding behind a deadly corkscrew).

Also a good use for that evil plastic we are not suppose to be using for food anymore.....

I even got crafty and cut some of that no-slip stuff into strips under the containers to keep them from moving.

I think I spent more time bragging about it than it took to do it
