I actually decluttered 1/2 of my pantry! I have floor to ceiling cabinets/drawers for storage in my butler's pantry (old house) and it has been lurking over my shoulder that I really needed to do something.

Yesterday, I spent about 3 hours and only got half done, but it was a big 1/2! Got to big boxes for a garage sale, and the balance of what doesn't sell will get donated.

What should I do with all the aluminum pans that had been taking up space? I don't really want to give them to other people to cook with.

Wow, that's great. I usually can't stay focused enough to organize for more than an hour straight

aluminum pans - how about putting them in your garage or basement or other storage area that no one really sees to store odds and ends like string, tape, misc item that don't really have a place in the house but you don't want to get rid.
