Sorry, I'm not going to be any help. I just wanted to say:
1. That is a fabulous sink. I've looked high and low for a sink with a drain board like that. My MIL found one free on the side of the road that she cleaned up and put in her new house. I have sink envy.
2. I wish my kitchen were that tidy and clean.
I love a challenge! You have great wall space and it could be used to store a lot of stuff.
Over your stove, you could put this: http://www.ikea.com/webapp/wcs/store...0103&langId=-1
At my previous apartment, this was my pantry:
It fit a LOT of stuff. You could probably fit a lot in your cabinets if you use similar shaped containers (these are Lock 'n Lock containers). Also, I have gravity-feed can racks that have made my canned goods look organized, and more importantly, stay neat for well over a year now. I can always see what I have on hand.
I also use a shelf-doubler for my dishes, like this.
Lazy susans are also fantastic for cabinet storage. All my oils and vinegars are on one.
I have the Smart Spin plastic containers that were advertised on TV. While the containers themselves aren't great (in fact, they're not great at all!) they do save a lot of space in the cabinet. I wish a reputable company like Tupperware would make a space-saving stacking system like this, since the idea is great and they take up next to no space. The container sizes are fine for me for leftovers; they just crack and warp, and that sucks.
