I'm taking a week off work to putz around the house and have some me time. I have a few things planned including a massage and pedicure, lunch with a friend, movie or two...or three , working on the landscaping and painting our bedroom but I want to target something(s) to declutter/organize as well. Here's the list of possible suspects. Wanna help me prioritize!

Coat Closet - could use a good post winter cleaning!
Kid's bedroom closet - holds dh's hanging clothes, sports equipment and to-be-grown-into clothes for the kids
Storage Room - It's a freaking mess in there! I don't know that there's much to get rid of..although I'm a bit of a master at getting rid of things so I'm sure there will be some things going away. It more just needs some reorganization.
Toy Room - I just purged last month but it could use another round. I think its due to be rearranged.
Office - Truth be told I probably won't venture in there unless I'm highly compensated. It's dh's territory for organizing and cleaning. Drives me batty!

Oooh! How fun! Based on the options you listed, I'd start with the coat closet since it's probably the smallest space, then the storage room since you said it's a "freaking mess", then the kid's closet and lastly the toy room. Leave the office to your husband (withhold sex even ).
