I think we need a bread making smilie:...I make all our bread by hand and have been loving a no-knead recipe I found. I like using the tools and pans I have on hand rather than another machine to store when not in useThats what works for me

Another vote for have one and love it. Well, I don't use it - DH does. But we haven't bought bread since we got married, and I love it! There's just so much more variety than store-bought stuff, so if you have a couple of minutes every few days, it's a wonderful treat!
