It's only 12:30 here. I'm going to try and tackle my closet.
I have a huge stack of tshirts that only get worn around the house. How many is a good number to have? I know this isn't set in stone, but I need some motivation to get rid of them!

How often do you do laundry? You certainly don't need more than one per day between laundry days- and since you have other shirts (otherwise you wouldn't wear t-shirts only at home) it's not like you're stuck if you get your last t-shirt dirty while your clothes are in the washing machine. Do you typically change your shirt several times a day on the days you spend at home doing heavy cleaning?

if they are clothes you truly would not wear out of the house, i'd just keep a couple, for activities that could ruin clothes (like painting). if they are presentable, comfy clothes that you wear all day sometimes, even while running errands, and you would feel fine running into people you know while wearing them - then keep the number of tshirts you'd be likely to wear in a week.
