I was also going to say Bakers Creek. Its a.m.a.z.i.n.g. I look at the catalog for hours every year.

You're the third or fourth person I have heard say that. If you contact them, they will reimburse or replace any seeds you have complaints about.
I order a couple things from them every year, but I get the catalog to help me choose which varieties I want and then buy them from my local seed supplier.
I love Peaceful Valley www.groworganic.com , they have their own line of organic, non-GMO seeds, but also sell other brands. They're local for me, so I've never had anything shipped from them, and their print catalog isn't exactly garden porn (huge, but not too pretty), but I buy stuff there frequently in person and have always been pleased, never had germination problems, plants have been healthy (I don't know how far they ship live plants), products good quality.
I have gotten from seed savers, bountiful gardens, diane seeds. All decent.Oh and sandhill preservation was ok too,but they gave a credit to replace an out of stock item instead of just sending me the money.
I buy from Southern Exposure Seed Exchange since they're only a couple hours drive from here and they specialize in varieties for the mid-Atlantic region. I've not had any problems with them but I only have a 4x8 raised bed and buckets (we live in a townhouse).
