It is NUTS.
I may do a few of these over the next few days. I think I need to find a really good trich site, too. Okay. Challenge is on!

It's 8:20 our time. Let's try for 10:00 a.m., 1 hour and 40 minutes!
My oldest DD started pulling her hair when we moved from Germany back to the States (hubby was in the Army) and it was a very hard transition for her. She got a bad ear infection on the flight over and I think that also contributed. Anyway she started pulling her hair (on the left side only) as a way of self soothing. I tried everything to get her to stop but nothing worked. Then about a month after we got back I gave birth to my youngest DD at 27 weeks and was in the hospital for a long time and was gone a lot at the NICU and that is when DD1 pulled all her hair out on the left side. I don't even have any pictures from that time because it was so emotional for me. I made the hard decision of shaving her head and luckily she got through it and now her hair is long, curly, and thick. When she is tired or stressed she still has a tendency to grab for her hair so I sometimes have to re-direct her. I am hoping she won't have any more issues with this as a teenager or adult. I have heard it can be very hard to break. Anyway I just wanted to offer my support and encouragement!
to DD 1 & DD 2 & engaged to DF
