Who has had experience with these? I'm tired, irritable, angry, and have a very poor short term memory.

Any experience with these or suggestion for something else would be welcome.

I'm taking b12 (as well as b-complex, make sure you take both), and fish oil supplements. Teamed up with exercise, sunshine, lots of water, and also eating food with omega-3, I've found a huge improvement the last few weeks in my moods (depression, anxiety, anger).

Here are some links with very useful info:

Magnesium—160 to 250 milligrams (mg) magnesium two times daily. The last dose should be taken at bedtime.
Calcium—1200 to 2000 mg daily, divided into two doses, the last to be taken at bedtime
Vitamin D—400 to 1000 international units (IU) vitamin D daily
Zinc—30 mg daily
Vitamin E—400 IU alpha-tocopherol, including at least 200 mg gamma tocopherols -memory

GLA—285 to 1425 mg daily in two divided doses
EPA/DHA—1400 mg EPA and 1000 mg DHA daily
Flax seed oil with lignans—1 to 3 tablespoons daily

Ginkgo biloba extract—120 mg daily - memory, energy level.
Theanine—100 to 200 mg daily to induce a state of relaxation
5-HTP- 50-150mg daily.

Saint-John’s-wort—up to 900 mg daily

If you could tell me a bit more about your symptoms I'd like to see if I can make more specific recommendations.
