Hey all! I am 3.5 months postpartum with dd2, and my hair is falling out, my skin is breaking out, I am having hot flashes, I am not sleeping well bc I am waking up in a sweat, and I am exhausted all the time. I vaguely remember this with dd1 and ds1, but not this early....is this right? anyone elses experiencing this?

You may want to get your hormones checked. That happened to me abbout 8months post partum and it was due to my hormone levels crashing. They were post menapausol when I got them checked.

Check thyroid levels. Postpartum thyroiditis is pretty common, abt 1 in 10 women get it.

Interesting! My LO is the same age, but I haven't had anything like that. I agree that it sounds hormonal.

Yup and l just got my period - already! DD is 3 months old. The rate that my hair is falling out at - well if thing don't slow done l think l'm going to bald in a month! : I had the hot flushes, exhaustion, waking up in a sweat and sleeplessness too. So yes definetly hormonal. If you don't think your getting your period, a simple blood test can at least rule out some things.
